This one’s tricky. When you use a credit card to pay, you can earn a Day Pass after paying for two trips in a day, but it’s not possible to earn a Month Pass. We’d love to offer a Month Pass, but there’s one big problem: If your credit card company sends you a replacement card or card number (because it’s expiring or you reported fraudulent activity, for example) or if you lost your card and got a new one, you would lose any passes you had earned, and your tap history that counts toward earning a pass. We wouldn’t be able to transfer your tap history or earned passes to your new card, because your credit card information and tap history is anonymous when you tap with your phone.
