There are no ongoing fees or service charges for using Hop. However, there is a $3 one-time fee for a new or replacement Hop card (including virtual cards), and a $5 minimum when loading or reloading money (except at the TriMet Customer Support Office at Pioneer Courthouse Square). Note: There is no fee for replacement Honored Citizen Photo ID Hop cards.
