Yes, you can tap your phone on the Hop reader to pay the Adult fare using a credit/debit card in your mobile wallet — no Hop card or app needed. And, you will earn both Day and Month passes as you ride — just like Hop cardholders do.
However, in order to use our reduced fares, you’ll need to get a Hop card or virtual Hop card.
